1,3-dioxane ring preparation process is concentrated formaldehyde and ethylene glycol with concentrated sulfuric acid as a catalyst in the reactor at 90 ~ 110 ℃ under atmospheric pressure reaction, and then distilled from the top of the distillation column 70 ~ 74 ℃ azeotrope, salted out by sodium chloride, solid alkali drying, re-distillation of the reboil and light bulb after removal of products.
